Dr Mugerwa graduated with Honours from the University of Liverpool School of Medicine in 2006. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRCGP), a distinction awarded in recognition of sustained contribution to the field of general practice.
He also holds the Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, awarded with Distinction, underpinning his expertise in ultrasound-guided joint and soft-tissue injections.
