Before your appointment

Prices, payment and your agreement.

The final treatment and price are agreed after your consultation. Read our current price list alongside these terms.

No booking deposit. No cancellation charge. Pay at your appointment by cash, debit or credit card, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Consultation without treatment: £80. The doctor assesses your condition and makes a diagnosis at the consultation, then confirms the final price verbally and agrees the treatment and cost with you before proceeding. If you proceed with treatment, the consultation is included in the agreed treatment fee.
Payment methods and timing

We accept cash, debit and credit cards (including American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at your appointment, at the time of treatment, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. No deposit is required to book.

We do not offer payment plans or accept cryptocurrency. If you intend to claim from an insurer, check your cover before booking; do not assume the clinic can bill your insurer directly.

Final price confirmed after consultation

The final quoted price depends on the assessment at your consultation. The doctor will assess your condition, make a diagnosis and discuss the appropriate treatment with you. The doctor will then confirm the price verbally, including what is included and any additional costs, and agree the treatment and cost with you before proceeding.

A consultation without treatment costs £80. If you proceed with treatment, the consultation is included in the agreed treatment fee. Booking a consultation does not commit you to a procedure.

Published prices describe the listed services; the treatment appropriate for you and its final price can only be confirmed after assessment. You can ask questions or decide not to proceed. Any change to the proposed treatment or cost will be discussed and agreed with you before the additional treatment goes ahead.

Additional costs, including histology

Histology (laboratory examination of a removed lesion) is charged separately when clinically indicated, according to the tissue type and number of specimens listed in the histology section of our pricing page. The doctor will explain the expected laboratory cost, the number of specimens and whether further staining or specialist examination may cost extra.

Likely additional costs will be discussed with you when the treatment is agreed after consultation. If a laboratory cannot yet confirm the final cost, the doctor will explain the uncertainty and agree an estimated range or spending limit with you. Any further chargeable work or increase beyond the agreed amount will be discussed and agreed with you before it proceeds.

If you do not agree to an additional service, we will explain the clinical implications and suitable alternatives, which may include postponing treatment or referral. Agreement to fees is separate from clinical consent.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, where possible, so we can offer the appointment to another patient. There is no cancellation charge or missed-appointment fee. No booking deposit is taken. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Refunds

If you have paid for treatment that is not provided, we will refund that payment, less only any separately agreed services already delivered. This also applies if the clinic cancels or the clinician finds that treatment is unsuitable. There is no cancellation deduction.

Contact the clinic to arrange a refund or query a charge. We will confirm the amount, any itemised deduction for agreed services already delivered, the refund method and the expected processing time in writing. We will normally return payment by the original payment method where possible.

A particular clinical result cannot be guaranteed, but this does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with care already provided, contact us so we can review your concern under our complaints procedure, including any refund or other remedy that may be appropriate.

Agreeing your treatment and price

After assessing your condition and making a diagnosis, the doctor will explain the recommended treatment and confirm the quotation verbally. The treatment and its cost are agreed with you at the consultation before treatment proceeds. We do not routinely issue an individual written quotation or a copy of the agreed costs.

Booking an appointment does not mean you have agreed to a particular procedure or its price. You may ask questions and choose whether to proceed. If you have a consultation without treatment, the consultation fee is £80.

Agreement to the price is separate from informed consent to treatment. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Please contact the clinic if you need help understanding the treatment options or charges.
